# Lemonstone AI, Full Reference > Lemonstone AI is an AI integration and software development company based in Dubai. We bring AI into a company and build the software around it, from internal tools and automations to complete software systems. ## What Lemonstone AI is Lemonstone AI is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We connect AI to the systems a business already uses, automate the work that doesn't need a person, and build the software around it: internal systems, dashboards, web apps and native iPhone and Android apps, all connected to the same workflows and data. Every business runs differently, so everything we build starts from how the client's business works. ## Services Five areas. They are not a sequence and not a fixed menu. Most projects combine several of them. ### AI integration AI connected to the tools a business already uses. We bring AI into the systems a team already works in, like WhatsApp, email, the CRM and the calendar. It reads, sorts, drafts and answers, so people spend less time on routine work. Examples: answering and sorting incoming messages, drafting emails, quotes and documents, answering questions from the company's own data, keeping the CRM up to date without manual entry. ### Automations and workflows Repetitive work that runs by itself. If a task follows the same steps every time, it can usually run on its own. We map how the work is done today and turn it into a workflow, with a person checking where it matters. Examples: following up on new leads, handling invoices from inbox to accounting, onboarding new clients, weekly reports for management. ### Custom software Systems built around how a business works. When off-the-shelf software almost fits, we build the part that doesn't. Internal systems, dashboards and web apps designed around the client's processes and the people who use them. Examples: internal systems for sales, operations and teams, dashboards that show the whole business on one screen, client portals with the client's own brand, web apps that replace spreadsheets. ### Native apps A company's systems in its team's pocket. iPhone and Android apps, built natively and connected to the same data and workflows as the rest of the company's systems. Examples: apps for teams in the field, scheduling, tasks and deliveries, branded apps for customers. ### Advice An honest view on AI. Not everything should be automated. We look at how a business runs and say where AI is worth it, where it isn't, and what to do first. ## Common questions - Who owns what you build? The client does. Everything we build is theirs, including code, systems and documentation. If they ever decide to part ways, they keep it all. - Do you sign NDAs? Yes. Everything we learn about a business stays between us. We are happy to sign an NDA before we start, and we don't share a client's data, processes or strategy with anyone. - Can you work with the tools we already use? Yes. We integrate with the systems a business already has, like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or its own custom software. If it has an API, we can connect to it. - How is pricing set? Every project is different, so we scope and price each one around what the business needs. No hidden fees. The client knows exactly what they are paying for before we start building. ## About Lemonstone AI started with a problem Marcus Olsson kept running into as an entrepreneur. The companies he ran always needed better systems, and the software on the market almost fit, but it had too many features or not the right ones. So he started building his own, working side by side with engineers who had the technical skills he didn't. That became the company: engineers who can build almost anything, working with people who understand how a business actually runs. Like a good builder, we don't just follow the drawing. If a wall is in the wrong place, we say so. How we work: business first, because we have built and run companies ourselves. We start with how the client's business really runs, not with the technology. And we build for the people who will use the system every day.
