Can we start with just an audit?
Yes. Most Lemonstone AI clients begin with the Audit phase only. There's no obligation to continue into Build.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. Lemonstone AI integrates with whatever stack you already use. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, custom systems. If it has an API, we can talk to it.
How much does it cost?
Every Lemonstone AI project is different. We scope and price based on what we find in the audit. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. You'll know exactly what you're paying for before we start building.
How involved does our team need to be during the audit?
Lemonstone AI will need time with your team for interviews and feedback sessions. Outside of that, we handle the research, analysis, and heavy lifting. We work around your schedule, not the other way around.
What happens if we're not happy with the recommendations?
Then we missed something. Lemonstone AI will go back, ask better questions, and adjust until the recommendations make sense for your business. That's why we build in constant feedback throughout the process.
Do we own everything you build?
Yes. Everything Lemonstone AI builds for you is yours. Code, systems, documentation. If you ever decide to part ways, you keep it all.
How do you handle sensitive business information?
Everything Lemonstone AI learns stays between us. We're happy to sign NDAs before we start, and we don't share your data, processes, or strategy with anyone.
What if we only need help with one specific thing?
Lemonstone AI can scope smaller projects too. But we usually recommend starting with at least a focused audit of that area so we understand the full picture before building.
What if our needs change halfway through?
That happens. Lemonstone AI builds with flexibility in mind and adjusts as we go. If priorities shift during the project, we realign together and keep moving.
